Rachael Ray -
I chose Rachael Ray as one of my chefs because when I searched for chefs online I found out that she actually isn't the chef of any restaurants or anything like that. So I reasearched her to figure out how she got noticed and becaem a famous chef.
Rachael Ray is on the food network and has her own show called " 30 minute meals. " She's great at cooking and has really good teaching styles in the kitchen. Rachael " grew up in food " so it was always part of her life. She wrote a cookbook based on " 30 minute meals " and is also a best selling author. She's part of two other television series, " Rachael Ray's Tasty Travels " and " 40$ a day, " which have won Daytime Emmy Awards.
Rachael was born in Glens Falls, New York and moved to Cape Cod because her family owned restaurants in Massachusetts. When she later moved back to New York, she taught a class where she showed how to cook meals in under thirty minutes. Because of this she was asked to appear on a weekly t.v segment which then led to her first Food Network contract. She teaches simple recipes for cooking, influenced by her ancestors.
Rachael is married to John Cusimano and also does charity work to help families get a healthy relationship with cooking and food. She is a well known chef and I really like the idea of her " 30 minute meals" show.
