Wolfgang Puck -
I chose to do Wolfgang Puck for one of my chefs because when I seen his name it just popped out. I was really curious to see if he was actually a chef because I felt like I'd heard the name before but I just couldn't place it. So I searched him and it turns out he's pretty famous.
Wolfgang Puck is a chef from Australia with a great personality and extremely good cooking skills. He's not only a celebrity chef but he also owns restaurants. He's a business man as well as the occasional actor.
His father left him before he was even born, but when his mom remarried he was adopted by her husband Josef Puck.
Puck learned to cook from his mom, and later moved to L.A. to become a chef and part owner of the Ma Maison restaurant. His first cookbook was based on his Ma Maison recipes, and it was called " Modern French Cooking for the American Kitchen. " He later opened another restaurant and his success led to the launch of the Wolfgang Puck Companies. He appeared on the Food Network with Cooking Class with Wolfgang Puck, and he introduced unusual foods in a season finale of American Idol.
Wolfgang Puck's signature dish is House Smoked Salmon Pizza, and his favorite food is macaroons. He is married to Gelila Assefa, a designer, and in 2013 he was listed into the Culinary Hall of Fame.
